Valga County Vocational training Centre
The Valga county Vocational Training Centre provides an excellent learning environment in particular in the field of Logistics with regard to its technological, economic and background combined with history in cooperation of VET institutions, University of Applied Science and the private sector. VKOK offers the proper learning tools, including modern and appropriate adult learning methods and formats, a multicultural working environment and experienced trainers, experts and facilitators.
Logistican level 5
The International Training offers for motivated students and logistics specialists from different countrys an opportunity to upgrade their competences, their knowledge and skills for their future work, management andadministrative responsibilities in the Logistics sector.
The programme “Logistician” is a practical training course, with a set-up mainly following work processes in Logistics field. The modular structure offers a broad variety of Logistics issues -from Logistics Management to issues in Career planning. However, the focus of “Logistician” will be on Logistics knowledge - Freight forwarding and Inventory management.
Implementation
The programme “Logistician” is divided into two educational year:
The overall implementation period of the programme is from September 2023 - June 2025
First educational year: from September 2023 - June 2024 it also includes 1 period of internships in companies
Second educational year: from September 2024 - June 2025 it also includes 2 periods of internships in companies
The international programme “Logistician" in general supports open minded young applicants with a strong personality and dedicated to take over a role as positive change makers within their future companies or institutions related to their sphere of influence. The applicants are willing to be exposed to an international environment and eager to learn from different Logistic systems.
How to Apply for “ Logistician 2023” ?
The Selection Process for “Logistician 2023”
All applicants will go through an open and transparent selection process. After an eligibility check of application documents, the candidates will be invited to the Skype interview and for the final selection interview, address will be individually notified by the e-mail. The final selection is decided into an individual interview and an in-group assessment, in which issues of Logistics will be discussed.
