RPL – recognition of prior learning and professional experience
In vocational education, it is possible to take into account the students' prior learning and professional experience (RPL).
RPL allows us to take into account:
prior learning in educational institutions;
knowledge and skills acquired through professional experience.
When applying, the most important things are the substantive compatibility of prior learning and the compliance with the professional standard. Only competencies that correspond to the learning outcomes of the curriculum and the respective subject or module can be considered.
