Date created 04.02.2026

On 2 February 2026, Workshop II of the “Hack the Border” project took place at Valgamaa Kutseõppekeskus within the framework of the INTERREG Estonia–Latvia Programme 2021–2027.
During the workshop, teams reviewed their ideas and projects, made the necessary improvements with the support of mentors, and developed a plan for the next activities.

The workshop also featured insights from Cristo Kahro, representing Saunaministeerium, who shared experience on how to organize memorable and fun events in Valga, such as “Saunatänav”.

The project continues with a study trip on 9–10 February to Ida-Viru County and Tallinn, where young people will meet representatives of Tartu 2024, the French Embassy, Cosmos Black Box, and others.
The trip promises to be educational and engaging.

A big thank you to everyone who helps bring the project to life.
