Admission conditions for the LGE study group
1. The reception of documents for the logistics level 5 international study group starts on 08.05.2023
2. The student candidate must submit all the required documents and approvals to the admission committee e-mail aadress poppkool@vkok.ee
2.1 travel document (passport) valid until 30.06.2025 and a medical insurance policy valid until 30.06.2024
2.2 high school graduation certificate with grade sheet and/or higher education diploma with academic transcript in English.
NB! For candidates from third countries, compliance with the EU level must be confirmed by Estonian ENIC/NARIC.
NB! The school sends the student candidate’s educational documents to the Estonian ENIC/NARIC.
2.3 application for admission together with acceptance of the terms of conducting the study and publication of personal data, where:
2.3.1 the student confirms that he/she has no obstacles to daily participation in the study in the form of contact lessons in the school environment Loode 3 Valga Valga county Estonia.
2.3.2 the student confirm that he/she has sufficient financial resources to cover his basic needs (living, movement and food) and living in a dormitory, to cover the expenses during his/her studies.
2.3.3 candidates from third countries have a visa as confirmation of coming to study, min. 6 months until 01.02.2024
2.4 additionaly, a confirmation (evidence) of the basic level of English and a letter of motivation include a personal SWOT analysis must be submitted.
3. The deadline for receiving documents for student candidates from third countries is 11.06.2023
4. The final date of admission for all other candidates is 11.08.2023
5. On-line interview will be held on 21.08-22.08.2023 for students who have been selected. During the on-line conversation, it is also necessary to complete a practical task.
6. Confirmation of the interview and results will take place no later than 25.08.2023
7. Students who have been selected must confirm their attendance no later than 31.08.2023
8. Final confirmation of the results of admission of students of the study group on 01.09.2023
9. The planned start of the studies is 18.09.2023 and the student must be present by that date.
